I’m ready to order. Now what?
You may place an order using our convenient online shopping cart. Select the items you would like to purchase and click the “order” button for each item. The items will be added to your shopping cart.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order. You will be asked to select your country, enter your zip code and choose a shipping method (USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail).
When you are finished shopping, simply click “check out” and you will be redirected to PayPal where you have the opportunity to pay with any major credit card. If you to pay by personal check or money orders, please feel free to contact us with your orders at orders@punknpie.net. Please note that your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.
How will my order get to me?
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. You can select the option that best suits your order – First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your purchase.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped so that you will know to expect it.
If you prefer us to ship your order out using an alternative shipping method, please feel free to contact us at orders@punknpie.net. We will do our best to accommodate you.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, based on availability and excluding holidays (while we may be working, the USPS may not be). However, during the holiday season it may take a little longer for orders be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive via Priority Mail, less if you’ve chosen First Class.
How do I pay?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please email your order to us at orders@punknpie.net. Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
Am I getting taxed?
California residents are the only lucky ones who will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.

All information submitted to us via this website is kept confidential. We are committed to maintaining our customers’ privacy. No personal information, such as an email address or other contact information is sold, rented or shared with third party companies. We only collect customer information for the purposes of customer service and shipping orders.
We encourage our customers to join our mailing list. If you choose to sign up for and receive our newsletter we may send information on promotions, sales, new arrivals and specials.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
At Punk-n-Pie we take pride in offering quality merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we want your experience with us to be a rockin’ one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition (unwrapped, unlaundered, unworn, etc) within 14 business days of receipt. You may either select to have a refund via PayPal or can exchange for something else at our shop. Sorry, no refund will be given on shipping charges.
Sale items or special orders are NOT returnable or refundable.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t always fit quite right. If you need to make an exchange for the same item in a different size, please contact us at returns@punknpie.net. We will respond as soon as possible to let you know if what you need is in stock.
You will need prior approval and an authorization code for all returns and exchanges so please email us first at returns@punknpie.net. We will promptly arrange the refund upon receipt of the returned item under the condition that all criteria listed in this policy are met, at which time you receive an email confirmation. You will be credited for the returned item less the original shipping charge.
When returning or exchanging, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition. Item(s) altered in any way (unwrapped, worn, laundered, etc) cannot be accepted.
2) A copy of the original invoice.
3) If an item is a part of a set, it must be returned or exchanged as a set. We cannot process any returns or exchanges of incomplete sets.
4) Please let us know the reason for your return or exchange. We want to provide the best service and products for our customers and care about the issues you may have.
We suggest that when you ship your items that you package them in a box or envelope that is sealed properly. We strongly encourage you to use a shipping method that can be insured or tracked. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Availability
We do our best to keep our website updated and current with availability. However, we may experience a greater demand for certain items. We will contact you immediately if an item is backordered or is no longer available.
